  • 1 box of your favorite cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C. oil

Mix together and drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes. Cool and remove from cookie sheet.

I can't believe how easy and good these cookies were!

Just a quick note. A teaspoon of dough will be burned if you bake these cookies for 15 minutes. They either need to be quite a bit bigger or baked for a much shorter time.
