Corn Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • pinch salt

Directions

Ad

Beat eggs well; add other ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes, as any custard (If baked too long, it will curdle).
