Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz. can Salmon (drained)
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Mayo or Salad Dressing
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Parsley Flakes (I used dried chives instead)
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Salt
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well and shape into burgers (mixture will be moist). Recipe says to grill them till brown. (I used a nonstick pan w/ very little oil.) Serve on hamburger buns. Makes 4 burgers.
* I like making several of these to have extras in the refrigerator, for snacks or a quick meal.
