Use Cardboard Beverage Cartons

I like to use the cardboard cartons from a 6-pack of beer bottles to hold various items. Occasionally DH buys the 4-packs of larger bottles and those work well for larger items. You can stand up rolls of parchment paper, wax paper, aluminum foil, etc, in them.

I also use one to hold extra new sponges, steel wool, Bar Keepers Friend and several other cleaners. Sometimes I cut out one of the dividers to fit larger items like the dishwashing liquid (I keep a pump filled with it on the counter; so I just keep the extra under the sink). If they start to get old and icky, just tell DH he deserves some beer this week!

This is such a good idea especially for foil, parchment paper, etc. You just solved one of my problems. I have a perfect space between my refrigerator and cabinet where I'll store mine.

Within easy reach. Especially good for the extra heavy foil like the one used to line ovens. I now have mine in a drawer but the long one won't fit in there. Thanks for the tip!

I did something similar for my kids art supplies. I found that the plastic frozen juice can are a perfect fit. I filled an empty six-pack bottle carton with juice cans and put my kids' markers and colored pencils in it to make a perfect portable art caddy.
