- 1 frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained (10oz.)
- 1/3 cup celery slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 hard cooked egg, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Combine broccoli, celery, cheese, egg and pimento; toss lightly. Add combined mayonnaise and seasonings; mix lightly. Chill.
