Different and easy to make.
- 1 jar 375 ml (approx 13.5oz.) of stuffed olives
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1-2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- tomato or vegetable juice
Drain olives. Put olives and next 4 ingredients back into jar. Fill jar with tomato or vegetable juice. Shake jar from time to time for next 3 days.
Great on pizza, lettuce salad or straight from the jar.
