Ingredients
- 1/4 stick butter
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 1 1/2 cups corn
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- pepper (to taste)
- cheese (any kind you like)
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together and cook until veggies are done. Serve hot with cheese sprinkled on top.
