Where can I find plastic floral picks, similar to the ones that hold cards in bouquets. However the ones I am looking for are a bit wider to hold a candy bar. I am trying to make the Mother's Day Candy Bar Bouquet.

A florist will have the one that holds cards call a local florist and ask them. They may have or know how to get bigger ones.

Use plastic forks and take off a couple of tines?

A poplar place that sells candy arrangements around here just uses wire that they bend and tape to the candybars. Sometimes they use a 2-way tape and stick some decorations on the other side, to cover the wire.
