- 1 head cabbage
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Cut cabbage up to nice size pieces. Put in pan to accommodate the amount of cabbage. Add water just to top. Add onion and sugar and cook until cabbage is limp. Drain and add cream to cover. Heat and then make thickening from cornstarch and water. Add to cabbage just to thicken cream. Can put in crock pot to keep warm.
