Original Shake And Bake (Copycat) |

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp corn flake crumbs
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Use the same way you would store bought shake and bake.
To prepare; shake 2 1/2 lbs, 6- 8 pieces of chicken in coating mix until chicken is well coated. Bake chicken at 400 degrees F degrees for 20 minutes for boneless chicken or for 45 minutes to 50 minutes for bone in chicken.
