Easy Meatballs and Sauce

Ingredients

Meatballs:

• 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
• 1 Tbsp. minced onion (or 1 onion, chopped)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1 cup applesauce
• 2 cup corn flakes

Sauce:

• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or 1 can mushrooms)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix ingredients for meatballs well and shape into balls. Place into a 9x13" cake pan. Mix together ingredients for sauce. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake 1 hour. Serves: 8
