My family and I went away for a 5-day trip and the freezer was left open. We HAD 300 pounds of shrimp! The water ran through the carpet and through the new wall and on the concrete under my new kitchen cabinets. The smell is unbearable. Any ideas?

Thanks
Janice

Lemon juice is what they give us in the Chinese resteraunts to get the shrimp smell off of our fingers, so maybe that would work. Good luck!

Oh my, Janice I can only imagine. Phone your insurance company, hopefully this disaster is covered and you may new new carpeting. They can recommend a professional cleaning company to take care of the rest.

Good luck ....
