My puppy 5 years ago looked pretty much like that. Curly tail and all. The Vet said she was a Blonde Lab/Chow mix. As she got older, she got beautiful long hair on the back of her legs and tail. Which came from the Chow. Now 52 pounds later, she is my big baby. And so very loving.

I don't know what breed your dog is but she is the most adorable little teddy bear I think I have ever seen. I just want to hug her.

If she has a purple tongue then she has chow in her. Chows generally are fuzzy with a curly tail.
