Inside-Out Ravioli

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
• 1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
• 1 can spaghetti sauce w/ mushrooms
• 1 can tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• dash pepper
• 1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
• 4 oz. sharp American processed cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 1/4 cup salad oil

Directions:

Brown first 3 ingredients. Cook spinach using directions. Drain and reserve the liquid (add water to make 1 cup). Add spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingredients. Spread in baking dish. Top with the meat sauce. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
