Do-Ahead Dried Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cut fine
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 lb. dried beef (cut in bite-size)
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Directions

Stir soup until creamy, add milk cheese, onion, macaroni, and dried beef. Fold in sliced eggs; turn into a buttered casserole dish. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Recipe: Dried Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dried beef
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Minced onion
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

Add beef, egg, onion and soup, milk and cheese to macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 soup cans milk
  • 1 jar dried beef, cut up
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni

Directions

Mix all together and put into a 2 qt. casserole. Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
  • 1/4 lb. dried beef, cut in pieces
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs

Directions

Stir all ingredients together. Put in greased casserole and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serves 4-6
