Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup hummus, flavor of your choice
- 3 Tbsp Feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Arrange cucumber slices on serving plate/tray. Top each cucumber slice with a dollop of hummus. Sprinkle each cucumber with Feta and finish by topping with red bell pepper.
