Mexican Artichoke Dip
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 1 cup chopped green chilies
- 4 oz. real mayonnaise
- 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Chop artichoke hearts. Add chilies; mix. Combine with mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Make ahead so flavor can develop. Serve with white corn chips. Serve hot, about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
