Adobo Seasoning

This is tasty to use as a rub for meat, poultry, and fish and also to season soup or rice dishes. I always save all of my empty glass spice jars and the ingredient amounts here fit perfectly in one.

Ingredients:

• 3 Tbsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. onion powder
• 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp. black pepper
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 1/2 tsp. chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and store in a sealed glass jar.
