Morning Smoothie
I never get bored with this one and have it nearly every day and what a healthy and easy way to start each day! Of course you can switch the raspberries for other fruits but the banana gives this smoothie a lovely richness so the banana is a keeper ;-)
Ingredients:
- 8 oz orange juice
- 1 large firm ripe banana
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 heaping Tbsp. vanilla protein powder (my favorite for over 30 years is Lindberg Protein Blend)
Directions:
Blend ingredients in a blender, pour and serve.
