Koolade For Cleaning Dishwasher

To clean a dishwasher, put 1 pack of orange koolaid (unsweetened) in bottom and run through a full cycle. It will come out sparkling. Be sure it is empty of all dishes, etc.

I have an older dishwasher and it has not stained it at all.. It looks great after running the orange sugarless koolaid through it. I had never heard about the lemonade but that is good to know.

I had a repairman tell me to run Tang through the dishwasher.

Not orange, could stain older appliances. Instead, try unsweetened lemon-aid packet (kool aid brand o.k.)
