No Weed Gardening!

Pick a place to start your garden. No need to till or plow, just pile this on top of your spot...

A thick layer of newspapers. Use a whole sunday section, or daily paper, in thickness. Lay it down over the entire area to be planted.

Lay it right on top of existing grass or weeds, that have been mowed very close.

Next, add a 3-6 inch layer of grass clippings, or leaves.

On top of that. put a 2-3 inch layer of rabbit, goat, horse or cow manure. (Most local farmers will give you some.)

Another layer of grass clippings.

Water well, and ignore all Winter.

Do this in the Fall, and by Spring, you can simply plant your starter plants in it, and mulch with another layer of paper, and a layer of grass clippings, or straw. (Bark mulch can be added as a final layer, for a great look. NO weeds will come thru, and the layers will turn into rich soil each year.

Repeat the layers in the fall, no need to ever weed or till again.

Soil will be so rich, anything will grow great in it!

Can be used for Flowers or Veggies. Completely Organic!
