This tip was given to me by a realtor, he said you should get lots (of real estate) while you're young. Very good advice.

Good Advice!! My gynocologist told me recently when he & his wife first moved to Las Vegas, NV, back in the early 1960's, they bought a piece of land for $450.00 & put it in a trust for their kids. Recently the land sold for $805,000.00!!!!
