Buy Resale Items To Keep Money Local
I love saving money. By buying items at garage sales and resales, I also stay "green" and avoid paying out money to foreign countries for items manufactured there. The items I purchase may be clothes or household items or even things for my garden. I know when I do this, my money stays in the U.S. and benefits people who are also living in this down economy as well as my family.
