Anyway, I get my replacement tray for free since it was still under warranty. Hope this helps everyone!! It sure would be nice to be able to order a part on line!! We love our grill and the teflon is coming of our lower grillpart..it's the removable kind...all i want is a new one...man it's almost impossible to find their web site!! A friend of mine suggested calling the George Foreman number in the back of the book and when I did they sent me another drip tray FREE after I explained that I had lost one. The toll free number is (800) 233-9054 or you can go to their website at www.salton-maxim.com. I have one of the earlier versions of the grill but Im sure that either location they can point you in in the right direction for your Grill Model. I hope you are able to get your required parts ...
