Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 package dry yeast
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Dissolve sugar in water; add yeast. Combine beaten eggs with water mixture and then add all dry ingredients slowly. Mix in melted butter last. Spread in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Brush with butter and sprinkle with more oats. Let rise 1 hour or until double. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until done. Cut in squares and serve hot with butter.
