Ring Baloney Recipe

I'm sure everyone has had ring baloney boiled in pieces for dinner at one time or another in their life time. There are not many ways to fix this cut of meat. But, this one I've been using for years and people have been pleasantly surprised when served this dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ring Baloney, skin removed and sliced in circles (about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 1 Large onion sliced and separated into rings.

Directions:

Add both to skillet over med-high heat and cook until onions are soft and meat begins to brown and liquid is evaporated.

I serve this with fried potatoes and baked beans to round out a thrifty supper.
