Salmon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 4 ground saltine crackers
  • 1 tsp. onion
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper

Directions

Mix above ingredients and roll into balls. Put in cake pan. Pour 1 can mushroom soup diluted with 1 can water over the salmon balls. Green peppers may be added, to taste. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Sounds great! What size can AND what size balls do you make? Meatball size or golf ball size or ?

Can you tell me what size canned salmon to use as there is a 7 oz and 14 oz. Thank you , they sound great!
