Heath Bar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 46 graham crackers
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Line cookie sheet with separated graham crackers. Boil for 2 minutes the butter, margarine, and sugar. Pour over crackers; spread. Sprinkle on pecans. Bake 11 minutes at 325 degrees F. Remove immediately and put on waxed paper.

I always wanted to try these. Is there a reason for the half butter, half margerine? Or could you just use all butter. Thanks.
