Mystery Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 16 crushed Ritz crackers
  • 3/4 cup nuts

Directions

Beat first 4 ingredients until stiff. Add crackers and nuts. Shape into greased pie pan; bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. When cooled, may be filled with:
  • Cool Whip
  • strawberries or other fruit
  • Or serve as is.
