Give Each Cat a Towel

The best pet tip I've found with cats is to get a couple of small towels - one for each cat. Rub the cats with their own towel, then give it to the other cat to sleep with and get used to each other's scents. Of course, we still take the time to slowly introduce them to each other, but this towel method seems to make the process go much easier in the long run.

This is Spike. He showed up in our carport one morning and we fell in love with him! He's an adorable orange tabby, 13 weeks old and extremely friendly and playful. He's the 3rd cat that we've adopted in the past 18 months and they all get along very well.

I fondly remember Florence, SC - my favorite Aunt (and my Grandmother in her later years) lived in Lake City. They have both passed away, but when I'd drive to see them, and hit Florence....I knew I was almost there.

Good for you for adopting several stray kitties, we've recently adopted Henry, our new puppy, and we love him! Best of luck...Anne

We have a kitten that looks a lot like Spike. His name is Buddy and he's very playful. He likes to push all the other cats around and sometimes they even let him!

How long does it take for your adult male cat to start spraying if you get a kitten

My 5 year old cat hates this kitten so much that when we put her in the bathroom it jump on the very top window where I don't even know how she got there and I can't even pet her without being scratched on the hand or bit on my leg

hi, i have a 16wk old cat and a 4yr old both male 16wk old wont leave the 4yr old alone when i let him out of the room and they end up chasing each other and biting each other the older is biting the kittens genitals and pinning him down also got him round the tummy and throat there is no hissing or growling 99% of the time and most of the time the older one just runs away or wants out to get away from him if he cant then it all kicks of as i have described.

Sounds as if they each need alone time with you and then alone time with the opposite while you have the scent of the first cat and transfer it to the other!! You have to be careful and give each cat enough time to have the scent transferred. Worked for me!!
