Ingredients
Base:
- 1 cream cheese (8 oz.) at room temperature
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Vegetables:
- 6 chopped green onions (scallions)
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- chopped lettuce
- shredded cheddar cheese
- chili powder
- green stuffed olives, sliced
Directions
Mix base with mixer and spread on plate or platter. Top base with veggies in order listed. Serve on tortilla chips.
