Avocado Platter

Ingredients

Base:

  • 1 cream cheese (8 oz.) at room temperature
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Vegetables:

  • 6 chopped green onions (scallions)
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • chopped lettuce
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • chili powder
  • green stuffed olives, sliced

Directions

Mix base with mixer and spread on plate or platter. Top base with veggies in order listed. Serve on tortilla chips.
