I have a family of six, have two parents and my brother and his wife are another pair. We love to save wherever we can and found a thrifty way to use our Sam's Club membership. We have found that we can save a lot by buying in bulk, however, perishables do not always get eaten fast enough. We try to coordinate our grocery lists so we can buy produce, bakery, and freezer foods in bulk and divide them according to who needs more or less. We have an upright freezer to store extras. This saves everyone money and gives us more reasons to visit family; to pick up our groceries.
