Corn and Cornbread Casserole
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 pkg. corn bread muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in 400 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top and edges are golden brown. Serves 4-6.

This is like a recipe I make. It always turns out good & everyone seems to like it. My recipe is just called Jiffy corn casserole.
