Here's a quick and easy recipe to whip up and the flavor of the feta cheese and citrus peel is what gives this dip the touch of Greece. Serve with assorted raw vegetables. My favorites for this dip are bell peppers, cucumbers, tomato wedges, radishes and jicama :-)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon or orange peel
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and serve with vegetables.
