Borage and Rosemary Wine
- handful of fresh rosemary (or 2 Tbsp. dried rosemary)
- 2 Tbsp. dried borage leaves
- one bottle of white wine
Steep a rosemary and dried borage leaves in one bottle of white wine for a week or more. Strain through cheese cloth or a paper coffee strainer.
