Borage and Rosemary Wine

Ingredients:

• handful of fresh rosemary (or 2 Tbsp. dried rosemary)
• 2 Tbsp. dried borage leaves
• one bottle of white wine

Directions:

Steep a rosemary and dried borage leaves in one bottle of white wine for a week or more. Strain through cheese cloth or a paper coffee strainer.
