i have been taking them for three months now and i have noticed a big difference in the texture of my skin, especially on my face. i also feel better taking them. might have also helped using the new dove pro age face wash too:)

I TRIED THEM FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS AND DIDNT NOTICE A DIFFERENCE. THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER MULTIVITAMINS SO I STOPPED USING THEM AND BEGAN USING OMEGA FISH OIL VITAMINS. THEY COME IN STRAWBERRY AND LEMON SO YOU DONT HAVE THAT BAD AFTERTASTE. AFTER 1 MONTH OF USE I NOTICED CLEAR SKIN, SOFTER SKIN, MORE ENERGY AND HEALTHIER HAIR! I RECCOMEND GOING TO YOUR LOCAL HEALTH FOOD STORE FOR SOMETHING WITH OMEGA FATTY ACIDS FROM FISH OIL. YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE!!!

for using it for few weeks i thought my skin looked better but after a while it started looking the same again.Maybe i should have tried it for longer.

We tried them, too. Didn't see any difference in our skin, either.
