Sweet and Sour Casserole
Another of my son's favorites that freezes well.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 med. chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 10 oz. can kidney beans
- 1 14 oz. can pineapple chunks
Directions:
Cook beef and onion, drain. Combine rest of ingredients, add to meat. Place in casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
