Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
Topping:
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup fine coconut
- 2 cups of small marshmallows
Directions
Mix and press into and 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool.
For the topping: mIx first 5 ingredients well together. Fold in the coconut and marshmallows. Spread over first mixture. Chill well for 10 to 20 minutes. Cover with a butter icing.
