2 medium avocados, seeded and skinned, one finely diced
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chunky hot heat salsa
1 small tomato, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or more to taste
1/3 cup black olives, thinly sliced or chopped
2 green onions including whites, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped or more to taste for garnish
Directions:
Mash the non-diced avocado with cream cheese until well blended and spread into bottom of glass pie plate.
Mix sour cream and salsa and spread over cream cheese mixture.
Evenly sprinkle the diced avocado, tomato, cheese, olives, onions, and cilantro over the sour cream and salsa mixture, refrigerate until chilled and serve with tortilla chips.

1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa -chunky is best
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheese - your choice of kind
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
Directions
Mix beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Layer all remaining ingredients over bean mixture; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies.

can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar salsa
1 bag tortilla chips
Directions:
A glass pie dish works well to layer this dip. Layer the dip in the order the ingredients are listed and enjoy. Great for parties!
