Ham Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 lbs. ground ham
  • 2 lbs. ground pork
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 4 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
Sauce:
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Combine loaf ingredients. Shape into 3 loaves. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Poke holes in top and cover with sauce. Return to oven and bake 1 hour longer. Baste occasionally.

For sauce, combine ingredients and pour over ham loaves.

Ham Loaf

Very easy and hearty meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground cooked ham
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix and shape into a loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Servings: 8
Prep Time: 10-15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes

Ham Loaf

I like ham loaf because there seems to be so many different recipes and so many different ways to make it. Very versatile!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. raw ham
  • 1 lb. pork
  • 1/2 lb. veal
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
Topping:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Meat should be coarse ground. Put ham mixture in 2 loaf pans and pour topping over and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Servings: 14
Prep Time: 15-20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained (20oz.)
  • 4 cups ground cooked ham
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh pork
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. onion

Directions:

Melt butter in 9x5 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom. Insert 1 clove in each pineapple chunk. Place clove inside down in butter mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Shape into loaf. Place on top of pineapple. Set inside large baking dish to catch drippings.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Invert onto platter to serve. Serves 6.

Spread bottom of 8 inch skillet with sugar and shortening blended together. Arrange pineapple on sugar. Combine ham, eggs, crumbs and seasonings.


Mix ground pork, ham, bread crumbs, milk and eggs together and bake in covered roaster in an oven of 350 degrees F for about one hour.


In a large bowl, mix the ground ham, pork, graham crackers, milk, carrot, onion, pepper, egg and egg white.


Great dish for company. Mix first 8 ingredients in bowl in order given, mixing well after each addition.


Mix all together and shape into a loaf or 2 loaves. Place in a greased roaster.


Mix ingredients for loaf together. Mix ingredients of sauce together. Pour sauce over loaf.


In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, bread crumbs and pepper. Add ham and turkey; mix well.


Mix first 5 ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Drain.


Mix and put in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Baste last half hour with glaze.


Form all meat loaf ingredients into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes to 1 hour.


Mix glaze and add to meat. Then roll into balls. Place in greased baking dish. Pour rest over the meat balls.
