If anyone out there loves El Pollo Loco Chicken as much I do, you'll definitely love having the recipe. I no longer live in California where I used to have their chicken at least twice a week so am a happy camper to have found this recipe. ;-)
Ingredients:
- 6 lbs chicken
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Directions:
Mix ingredients and marinate for several hours in refrigerator. Grill chicken slowly until done.
