Ingredients
- 2-3 cups chopped turkey
- 1 lb. hot pan sausage
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package wild rice, cooked
- 1 can mushrooms, chopped
Directions
Cook sausage in skillet, stirring to crumble, until sausage browns. Drain off excess fat. place cooked rice in greased 2 qt. casserole. Spread layer of turkey then layer of sausage over rice. Pour soup over layers and top with mushrooms. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until brown.
Note: This casserole freezes well.
