Keep Track of Your Water Intake

Don't bother printing a copy of the water intake chart, here's a better way!

Place 8 pennies on the window ledge over your sink (or someplace you see them all day if you have no window). Every time you drink a glass of water, move a penny to another place like on the other side of the window ledge. When you have them all moved, your 8 glasses of water for the day are drank! Start over the next day!

good idea, I sometimes wonder how much water

I drink. I know I drink a lot of water as that is

all I drink after my coffee in the morning.

I keep going to write it down to keep track

but your idea will work. I just set my pennies

up! Thank you.
