Halloween Ghost Treats

Buy a bag of Tootsie Pops and one of Blo Pops. Take a box of Kleenex and cover each pop and tie with black or orange yarn into a bow. Use a magic marker to put on a face. Two dots for the eyes, one dot for the nose, and one dot for the mouth. Kids love 'em and it's cheap.
