- 1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 8oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Combine next 6 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Add steak. Marinate for 3-4 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat grill. Grill over hot coals until done, basting often with marinade. Saute sliced mushrooms in 2-3 tablespoons marinade. Serve with steak.
