I've thought of a way to get twice as much for my money when using the meat coatings that you "shake" in a plastic bag. I buy the store brand which saves me even more, then I mix each packet (a box usually comes with two pacs) with an equal amount of finely crushed potato chips. Now each packet coats twice as much. And I'm not wasting broken potato chips that used to get thrown away. Your chicken and pork will have an added crunch, too.
