Parboil Chicken for Buffalo Wings |
|
|
I parboil chicken wings before I bake them for buffalo wings. I place an onion, carrot, garlic clove and two bouillon cubes in with the wings and water to cover. Simmer one hour. Drain into a bowl. Throw out the veggies (or feed the carrots to your dog), bake the wings and put the broth in the fridge. After the broth is cool you can remove the fat and ladle into freezer bags and put in the freezer. Use later for cooking things like rice or noodles.
