Three skeins of yarn in a wire wine rack.

Reusing a Wine Rack for StorageI recently aquired this wine rack and knew I would do something else with it. I roll all my yarn into balls so it wasn't easy finding three that were still in skeins.

My First TomatoThe photo you see is my first tomato with my brand new camera! Best tasting vine ripe tomato because it was my first! The vine in the background is the plant I picked it from.

Value of Antique Hoosier Cabinet? - light hoosier cabinet, probably oak

Value of Antique Hoosier Cabinet?I am looking to get an estimated value for this Hoosier. I am not sure of the manufacturer. It is probably from some time in the 1920s - 1930s. It is in excellent condition and has its original hardware, casters, shelves, and tin drawer. It does not have the flour bin. All doors, drawers, and slide outs work properly. There is only 1 flaw on front edge of counter top.

Identifying a Figurine? - vintage figurine of a boy in white, cap, shirt, and shorts

Identifying a Figurine?I am looking for more information on this little guy, who is 4"H and marked Germany on the back. It's hollow and there is a pinhole sized hole above his pocket. I thought this was a pie bird, but the bottom isn't arched. Smokers usually had an open mouth.

Uses for Old Toothbrushes? What are some uses for old toothbrushes? I have saved all my used one for years and they have all been put through the dishwasher so they are clean. I hate to just throw them away. There must be something they can be used for besides cleaning the grout between my tiles.
