I turn 16 in November this year. My budget is 2,500 and I'm not sure what to do. I need ideas.

You can do the basic sweet 16. Rent out a venue or country club and get a theme. Once you have a theme you get a DJ, Photo booth, decorations,etc... The venue caters the food unless you want someone else to. You need a guest list obviously, you need to have invitations made. Get a cake made. Get a dress and go somewhere to have your hair and makeup done.
If you don't want a big party in a venue you can have a spa day or go to a concert with your friends.
Well that is my 16 birthday too... so what i am planning is a High-tea with all my girl friends and then I will take boys to bowling alley.
