Don't throw away that banana peel! It will help you fall asleep tonight, for free! Just steep your clean, sticker-free peels in a pot of water for 10 minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon (optional), drink an hour before bedtime, and off you go.
Banana peels are loaded with magnesium and will help you deeply relax. I no longer buy sleeping pills or sleepy tea. By the way, it's super yummy!

Sleepy tea, why must it be 1 hour before bedtime?
You seem to be referring to Attosa's post so I'm sure she will answer your question soon.
However, the best reason that I can think of is so you will have time to go to the bathroom before sleep and not have to get up during the night.
"If you're hoping for one continuous line of zzz-s through the night, consider enjoying that tea an hour or so before nodding off, just to give yourself time for one last pitstop before bed."
You should try to drink it with enough time to hit the bathroom before bed to keep your sleep uninterrupted."
